Hello Beautiful Souls,

I’m Shawnta, the heart behind Self Care Club LLC—a space dedicated to self-discovery, healing, and intentional living. As a Self-Care Life Coach, my mission is to support and empower others on their journey toward balance, peace, and purpose.

My passion for this work was born from personal challenges that revealed the importance of having a safe space to heal, grow, and just breathe. In seeking my own mental and emotional wellness, I discovered the power of community, therapy, and creative expression. That journey inspired the creation of the Room2Breathe Project—a multifaceted platform for healing through conversation, music, and coaching.

What began as simple livestreams turned into meaningful dialogue about self-care and mental health. Over time, this evolved into the Room2Breathe Blog, the Room2Breathe Podcast, and eventually Room2Breathe Music—a reflection of my own healing journey meant to uplift and inspire others.
