I have to be honest with you.

I had a full week of content and text messages ready to go last week and I did not send them. No dramatic reason. Life got busy, I got behind, and the week slipped. I own that.

What I also know is that this community did not stop being valuable because I missed a week. You are still here. I am still here. And we have real work to do together.

So today we reset. Clean slate. Full commitment.
